Personal training is a personalised, one-to-one approach to fitness that’s tailored entirely around you - your goals, your body, and your lifestyle. Whether you're looking to get stronger, feel more energised, improve mobility, or simply reconnect with your body, I’ll guide you every step of the way.

Our sessions will focus on movement that feels good, builds confidence, and fits your day-to-day life - no pressure, just support and smart programming that evolves as you do. I’ll help you train in a way that’s sustainable, empowering, and truly enjoyable.

This is fitness on your terms - and you don’t have to “be fit” to begin. We’ll start from where you are, and grow from there.

How it works

The important bits

Just a few things to know before you book:

  • First Session: Your first session includes an assessment so I can get to know you, your goals, and how best to support you. It's relaxed and informal - just a chance to build a plan that suits you perfectly.

  • Where We Can Train:

    • 🏋️‍♀️ Energie Fitness Borough – I’m based here, and it’s a great space for our sessions. Please note: a gym membership is required for access.

    • 💻 Online – Train from the comfort of your home via Zoom.

    • 🏡 In-Person – I can come to your home or a private facility of your choice (depending on location and availability).

  • Tailored Quotes: If you'd like to train at home or somewhere private, please book a free discovery call or send me an email so I can give you a quote that fits your specific needs.

  • Cancellations: Life happens! All I ask is that you give at least 4 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Less than that, and the session may be charged in full.
